Invisible Children
MUST SEE. A STORY NO ONE SHOULD BE UNAWARE OF.
In the spring of 2003, three young Americans traveled to Africa in search of such a story. What they found was a tragedy that disgusted and inspired them. A story where children are weapons and children are the victims. The "Invisible Children: rough cut" film exposes the effects of a 20 year-long war on the children of Northern Uganda. These children live in fear of abduction by rebel soldiers, and are being forced to fight as a part of violent army. This wonderfully reckless documentary is fast paced, with an MTV beat, and is something truly unique. To see Africa through young eyes is humorous and heart breaking, quick and informative - all in the very same breath. See this film, you will be forever changed.

JEFFERSON (The Brilliant)
"And I shall miss you, Mrs. Adams."
David McCullough's excellent book, "John Adams," and the excellent HBO mini-series based on McCullough's work, emphasize the often incredible, forward looking and comprehensive thinking of star founding father, Thomas Jefferson. The acting is great. Mandatory reading or viewing. Take your pick.

VENEZUELA
Venezuela and South America are a potential stage for model monetary reform. The Hugo Chavez government is trying to address the inherent maldistribution of wealth which results from the modern, imposed marriage of capitalism and usury. Because the very purpose of this marriage is to empower a ruling elite with means to usurp all wealth, it is the iniquitous nature of usury which the Chavez government truly confronts. While certain present experiments are largely perceived to lean toward socialism in the efforts to reverse maldistribution of wealth, if Chavez will entertain mathematically perfected economy™, he can liberate his people from the constraints of socialism and solve the problems of usury.
